Good value place for holidays with a stunningly beautiful view over the charming village and snow-covered mountains. New-fashioned and airy room and bathroom with a bathtub. - Location is quiet and stunning, adjacent to the lovely center of Ordino. - Restaurant and frequent buses make it convenient. - Also close to nature.

The staff here is really friendly and great at cleaning up. 🌟 the breakfast is decent, and you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings, which are not too far from some nice restaurants and scenic nature spots.

Very pleasant overall experience. Everything there was good. Good breakfast with lots of food options. Exceptionally comfortable beds, quiet and great location to a soccer field where they play until 2200. Also - just off the lovely centre of Ordino and Ordino and La Massana;)))

The breakfast was great especially fruit and eggs they served were good. The location was peaceful and amazing for traveling around Ordino, right by Andorra la Vella and capital of Andorra...

The value for money at this hotel is excellent! I paid half the price compared to anywhere else in Western Europe and got more than I expected. The staff were friendly and spoke Spanish, Catalan, and French. Even though they had limited English, they were very helpful and accommodating. The view from my window was amazing and the bar had cheap beer. The breakfast spread was good, although it would have been nicer to have eggs as well.

Poor quality of cleanliness and poor attention from the staff. the room was not ready when we arrived and had to wait for 1 hour for the staff to clean it.

Lastly, it's worth mentioning that pets were allowed and the hotel had a strict no-smoking policy, ensuring a pleasant odor-free environment.

The hotel had a bar with cheap beer and a pool table for entertainment. The location was convenient, with a bus stop just 200 meters away for easy access to the capital. I appreciated the warm hospitality and would like to thank the lovely staff for making my stay nice. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
